Little America Hotel in Flagstaff, AZ

Over the past 30 years, I have experienced numerous weddings, conferences, classes, Christmas parties, various types of events and good food at this all-service hotel called “Little America” located at the I-40 and Butler interchange in Flagstaff, AZ.

During the longevity of our living in Flagstaff, I have never heard one complaint.  Their service has always been excellent and their staff friendly and hospitable – a true home away from home! There are a number of fine hotels in Flagstaff, but Little America boasts of being one of the older, well-established hotels.

Little America Nature Trail

Nature Trails – 1 mile and 2 mile loops

Having opened in 1973, the hotel will celebrate 42 years of serving the Flagstaff area come mid-June.  There are one mile and two mile hiking loop trails, an outdoor heated seasonal pool and a year-round hot tub on the property.

The green grass, nice landscape, Ponderosa pine trees and overall beauty of the property allow for beautiful outdoor weddings, amazing events and parties in the summertime.

If you are here in the fall or winter time periods, check out their amazing fireplace, comfortable lobby and interesting gift shop.

Lest I forget – if you are ever in Flagstaff between Thanksgiving and New Years, please stop by Little America and see the lights.  Each year, their inside and outside decorations are some of the finest in town.

If I did not live here and Flagstaff was a stop on my vacation, I hope someone would refer me to this time-tested hotel.  I hope you will make it one of your places to stay while enjoying Flagstaff.
