McMillan Restaurant in Flagstaff, AZ

McMillan Restaurant in Flagstaff, AZ is a fun place to host birthday parties, hold lunch or dinner meetings or enjoy a good meal with family and friends.  This amazing restaurant opened two years ago and resides in the historic Flagstaff bank building of the 1800’s at the corner of Leroux and Historic Route 66.  The original brick walls and ceilings remind you of days gone by.  Thomas Forsythe McMillan was the first permanent settler in Flagstaff, AZ.  Thomas owned a 160 acre ranch and McMillan Mesa is named for his memory.

We first experienced The McMillan when friends took us there about a year ago.  I remember loving the food, the atmosphere and the fun games in the game /meeting room.  We had so much fun playing ball bowling.  There is also shuffle board and pool to be enjoyed.  There is no charge for reserving the meeting room for lunches or dinners for birthdays, work meetings and other events.

Every Monday is $5 Burger and Fries night.  Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays, and Thursday through Saturday evenings there is featured live music.  Every Sunday Mc Millans celebrates Happy Hour all day.  I like their salads and my husband is infatuated with their burgers, especially the Forsythe Burger named after McMillan himself.  He also recommends the Pad Thai and the Mediterranean Lamb Sliders.  The Kid’s Menu has a variety of items and all are $5.

If you are needing a night out, or planning a birthday or meeting event, try The McMillan Bar and Kitchen and enjoy the ambiance of an historic building and tantalizing food in a fun environment.
