Busters’ raw bar and family seating on the ‘surf’ side
Busters Restaurant in Flagstaff, AZ has been in business for 33 years. With the original owner having sold last summer, the new owners performed a ‘surf and turf’ remodel this past winter. In its updated style, Cassie, a manager of Busters, says that they call it a “steak and seafood house with ‘surf and turf’ being Busters’ thing”. She also pointed out their featured raw oyster bar with oysters flown in every other day along with peel and eat shrimp and shrimp cocktail as a featured highlight for customers. This ‘raw bar’, as Cassie coined it, is on the ‘surf’ side where there is the adult beverage bar and open seating cafe style for families while the dining side showcases the ‘turf’ component of the restaurant. 
Another special feature is their private dinner room that seats approximately 35 people. This room is available by reservation for your retirement parties, birthdays, business meetings and other special events. Cassie also mentioned that coming in the summer of 2017 Busters Restaurant will be featuring a new outdoor patio to accommodate more seating.
My husband and I have enjoyed eating at Busters Restaurant for 32 years, and we do not remember a bad plate of food. We have always loved the food and highly recommend it to friends, family and those passing through town. In fact, we ate their this week and were once again very satisfied with my amazing salmon, the everything mashed potatoes, fresh veggies and signature spinach salad. My husband enjoyed the cobb salad while other guests raved about the crab cakes and a specialty hamburger.
Again, whether you are a local of the Flagstaff area or a tourist passing through town, Busters is known for its fun and relaxed atmosphere, great cuisine and excellent service.
